We understand the excitement of receiving a new purchase. Our beautifully crafted pieces are shipped from Bali and as such, please allow for 1-2 weeks of estimate shipping time for international orders.
Our Flat rate of international shipping is at $35.00 only.
All items will be shipped with EMS Indonesia, and delivery will be handled with your local postage service. Some customs fees or duty taxes may apply to some countries. Any taxes, duties, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Returns-
Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items-
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it send us an email at hellobamboobleu@gmail.com.
